إِنَّكُمْ فِي شَهْرِ التَّقْوَى، وَقَدْ عُلِّلَ الصِّيَامُ بِحُصُولِ التَّقْوَى؛ ﴿يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا كُتِبَ عَلَيْكُمُ الصِّيَامُ كَمَا كُتِبَ عَلَى الَّذِينَ مِنْ قَبْلِكُمْ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَتَّقُونَ﴾ [الْبَقَرَةِ: 183]، وَأَنْتُمْ فِي شَهْرِ الْقُرْآنِ، وَالْقُرْآنُ مَمْلُوءٌ بِالْأَمْرِ بِالتَّقْوَى؛ ﴿شَهْرُ رَمَضَانَ الَّذِي أُنْزِلَ فِيهِ الْقُرْآنُ هُدًى لِلنَّاسِ وَبَيِّنَاتٍ مِنَ الْهُدَى وَالْفُرْقَانِ﴾ [الْبَقَرَةِ: 185].

فَرَضَ اللَّهُ تَعَالَى الصِّيَامَ لِمَصَالِحِ الْعِبَادِ، وَجَعَلَهُ شَهْرًا وَاحِدًا فِي كُلِّ الْعَامِ، وَخَفَّفَ فِيهِ عَنْ أَهْلِ الْأَعْذَارِ. وَرَغْمَ أَنَّ الصَّوْمَ حَبْسٌ لِلنَّفْسِ عَنْ مُشْتَهَيَاتِهَا مِنَ الْأَكْلِ وَالشُّرْبِ وَالنِّسَاءِ؛ فَإِنَّ فِيهِ مِنْ مَظَاهِرِ الْيُسْرِ مَا يَدُلُّ عَلَى أَنَّ اللَّهَ تَعَالَى رَحِمَ عِبَادَهُ، وَلَمْ يُرِدْ تَعْذِيبَهُمْ.

فَمِنْ مَظَاهِرِ الْيُسْرِ فِي الصَّوْمِ: بَدَائِلُ الصَّوْمِ، وَالْكَفَّارَاتُ فِيهِ: فَمَنْ عَجَزَ عَنِ الصَّوْمِ لِكِبَرٍ أَوْ مَرَضٍ مُزْمِنٍ لَا يُرْجَى بُرْؤُهُ أَطْعَمَ بَدَلَ الصِّيَامِ عَنْ كُلِّ يَوْمٍ مِسْكِينًا؛ لِقَوْلِ اللَّهِ تَعَالَى: ﴿وَعَلَى الَّذِينَ يُطِيقُونَهُ فِدْيَةٌ طَعَامُ مِسْكِينٍ﴾ [الْبَقَرَةِ: 184]. قَالَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا: «هُوَ الشَّيْخُ الْكَبِيرُ، وَالْمَرْأَةُ الْكَبِيرَةُ؛ لَا يَسْتَطِيعَانِ أَنْ يَصُومَا، فَيُطْعِمَانِ مَكَانَ كُلِّ يَوْمٍ مِسْكِينًا» رَوَاهُ الْبُخَارِيُّ، وَعَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ: «مَنْ أَدْرَكَهُ الْكِبَرُ فَلَمْ يَسْتَطِعْ أَنْ يَصُومَ رَمَضَانَ، فَعَلَيْهِ *لِكُلِّ *يَوْمٍ *مَدٌّ *مِنْ *قَمْحٍ» رَوَاهُ الدَّارَقُطْنِيُّ. وَقَالَ الْبُخَارِيُّ: «وَأَمَّا الشَّيْخُ الْكَبِيرُ إِذَا لَمْ يُطِقِ الصِّيَامَ فَقَدْ *أَطْعَمَ *أَنَسٌ بَعْدَمَا كَبِرَ عَامًا أَوْ عَامَيْنِ، كُلَّ يَوْمٍ مِسْكِينًا، خُبْزًا وَلَحْمًا، وَأَفْطَرَ».

وَطَرِيقَةُ الْإِطْعَامِ: إِمَّا أَنْ يُمَلِّكَهُمْ طَعَامًا؛ كَمَنْ يُعْطِيهِمْ قَمْحًا أَوْ أُرْزًا أَوْ نَحْوَهُ، وَإِمَّا أَنْ يَصْنَعَ لَهُمْ طَعَامًا فَيُغَدِّيَهُمْ أَوْ يُعَشِّيَهُمْ، قَالَ شَيْخُ الْإِسْلَامِ ابْنُ تَيْمِيَّةَ فِي كَفَّارَةِ الْيَمِينِ: «وَإِذَا جَمَعَ عَشَرَةَ مَسَاكِينَ وَعَشَّاهُمْ خُبْزًا أَوْ أُدْمًا مِنْ أَوْسَطِ مَا يُطْعِمُ أَهْلَهُ أَجْزَأَهُ ذَلِكَ عِنْدَ أَكْثَرِ السَّلَفِ... وَهُوَ أَظْهَرُ الْقَوْلَيْنِ فِي الدَّلِيلِ، فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ تَعَالَى أَمَرَ بِإِطْعَامٍ لَمْ يُوجِبِ التَّمْلِيكَ، وَهَذَا إِطْعَامٌ حَقِيقَةً». وَيَكُونُ مِنْ طَعَامِ أَهْلِ الْبَلَدِ، وَلِكُلِّ أَهْلِ بَلَدٍ طَعَامٌ يُفَضِّلُونَهُ، قَالَ الْإِمَامُ مَالِكٌ رَحِمَهُ اللَّهُ تَعَالَى: «وَأَمَّا عِنْدَنَا هَاهُنَا فَلْيُكَفِّرْ بِمُدِّ النَّبِيِّ عَلَيْهِ الصَّلَاةُ وَالسَّلَامُ فِي الْيَمِينِ بِاللَّهِ، مُدٌّ مُدٌّ، وَأَمَّا أَهْلُ الْبُلْدَانِ فَإِنَّ لَهُمْ *عَيْشًا *غَيْرَ *عَيْشِنَا، فَأَرَى أَنْ يُكَفِّرُوا بِالْوَسَطِ مِنْ عَيْشِهِمْ».
وَوَقْتُ الْإِطْعَامِ عَلَى الْخِيَارِ: إِنْ شَاءَ أَطْعَمَ عَنْ كُلِّ يَوْمٍ أَفْطَرَهُ بِيَوْمِهِ، وَإِنْ شَاءَ أَخَّرَ الْإِطْعَامَ إِلَى آخِرِ يَوْمٍ مِنَ الشَّهْرِ، أَوْ بَعْدَ اِنْتِهَاءِ الشَّهْرِ؛ فَكُلُّ ذَلِكَ جَائِزٌ.

وَمَنْ جَامَعَ فِي نَهَارِ رَمَضَانَ عَالِمًا مُتَعَمِّدًا، وَلَيْسَ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْأَعْذَارِ؛ وَجَبَ عَلَيْهِ كَفَّارَةٌ مُغَلَّظَةٌ؛ كَمَا جَاءَ فِي حَدِيثِ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ: «بَيْنَمَا نَحْنُ جُلُوسٌ عِنْدَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذْ جَاءَهُ رَجُلٌ فَقَالَ: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، هَلَكْتُ، قَالَ: مَا لَكَ، قَالَ: وَقَعْتُ عَلَى امْرَأَتِي وَأَنَا صَائِمٌ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: هَلْ تَجِدُ رَقَبَةً تُعْتِقُهَا، قَالَ: لَا، قَالَ: فَهَلْ تَسْتَطِيعُ أَنْ تَصُومَ شَهْرَيْنِ مُتَتَابِعَيْنِ، قَالَ: لَا، فَقَالَ: فَهَلْ تَجِدُ إِطْعَامَ سِتِّينَ مِسْكِينًا، قَالَ: لَا، قَالَ: فَمَكَثَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَبَيْنَا نَحْنُ عَلَى ذَلِكَ أُتِيَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِعَرَقٍ فِيهَا تَمْرٌ، وَالْعَرَقُ الْمِكْتَلُ، قَالَ: أَيْنَ السَّائِلُ، فَقَالَ: أَنَا، قَالَ: خُذْهَا فَتَصَدَّقْ بِهِ، فَقَالَ الرَّجُلُ: أَعَلَى أَفْقَرَ مِنِّي يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ؟ فَوَاللَّهِ مَا بَيْنَ *لَابَتَيْهَا -يُرِيدُ الْحَرَّتَيْنِ- أَهْلُ بَيْتٍ أَفْقَرُ مِنْ أَهْلِ بَيْتِي. فَضَحِكَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ حَتَّى بَدَتْ أَنْيَابُهُ، ثُمَّ قَالَ: أَطْعِمْهُ أَهْلَكَ» رَوَاهُ الشَّيْخَانِ.

فَمِنْ سَمَاحَةِ الْإِسْلَامِ، وَالْيُسْرِ فِي الصِّيَامِ: أَنَّ مَنْ وَقَعَ فِي هَذَا الْإِثْمِ الْعَظِيمِ خُفِّفَ إِثْمُهُ الْعَظِيمُ بِهَذِهِ الْكَفَّارَةِ الْمُغَلَّظَةِ، وَيَجِبُ عَلَى الصَّائِمِ أَنْ يَمْلِكَ نَفْسَهُ، وَأَنْ يَبْعُدَ عَمَّا يُثِيرُهُ؛ لِئَلَّا يَفْسُدَ صِيَامُهُ، وَيَقَعَ فِي إِثْمِ انْتِهَاكِ حُرْمَةِ الشَّهْرِ الْكَرِيمِ، وَلَهُ فِي اللَّيْلِ مُتَّسَعٌ. وَإِنْ أَحَسَّ بِغَلَبَةِ شَهْوَتِهِ خَرَجَ مِنْ عِنْدِ أَهْلِهِ. وَلَوْ لَزِمَ الْمَسْجِدَ لِلتَّعَبُّدِ ذَهَبَ مَا فِي نَفْسِهِ؛ لِأَنَّ الشَّيْطَانَ يُزَيِّنُ لِلْعَبْدِ ارْتِكَابَ الْإِثْمِ؛ فَإِذَا دَحَرَهُ الْعَبْدُ بِالْعِبَادَةِ ضَعُفَ وَخَنَسَ وَعَجَزَ عَنْ تَزْيِينِ الْإِثْمِ، وَانْتَصَرَ الْمُؤْمِنُ عَلَيْهِ، وَيَا لَهَا مِنْ لَذَّةٍ مَا أَعْظَمَهَا، فِي كَبْحِ جِمَاحِ النَّفْسِ، وَقَمْعِ الشَّهْوَةِ، وَدَحْرِ الشَّيْطَانِ. وَلَذَّةُ الِانْتِصَارِ فِي هَذِهِ اللَّحْظَةِ أَعْظَمُ مِنْ لَذَّةِ الشَّهْوَةِ لَوْ قَارَفَهَا. وَفِي هَذَا الْحَدِيثِ مِنْ سَمَاحَةِ الْإِسْلَامِ، وَالْيُسْرِ فِي الصِّيَامِ: أَنَّ الرَّجُلَ جَاءَ فَزِعًا يَقُولُ: هَلَكْتُ، وَفِي بَعْضِ الرِّوَايَاتِ: احْتَرَقْتُ؛ لِأَنَّهُ وَقَعَ فِي إِثْمٍ عَظِيمٍ. ثُمَّ كَانَتِ الْكَفَّارَةُ مُخَفِّفَةً لِذَلِكَ، وَمُؤَدِّبَةً لِمَنْ وَقَعَ فِي هَذَا الذَّنْبِ.

وَمِنْ مَظَاهِرِ الْيُسْرِ فِيهِ: أَنَّ الْكَفَّارَةَ كَانَتْ بِالتَّدَرُّجِ وَالتَّرْتِيبِ؛ فَأَوَّلُهَا عِتْقُ رَقَبَةٍ، فَإِنْ لَمْ يَجِدْ صَامَ شَهْرَيْنِ مُتَتَابِعَيْنِ، فَإِنْ لَمْ يَجِدْ أَطْعَمَ سِتِّينَ مِسْكِينًا، فَإِنْ لَمْ يَجِدْ سَقَطَتْ عَنْهُ الْكَفَّارَةُ؛ وَلِذَا لَمْ يُخْبِرِ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ هَذَا الرَّجُلَ أَنَّ الْكَفَّارَةَ بَاقِيَةٌ فِي ذِمَّتِهِ؛ وَلِعُمُومِ قَوْلِ اللَّهِ تَعَالَى: ﴿لَا يُكَلِّفُ اللَّهُ نَفْسًا إِلَّا وُسْعَهَا﴾ [الْبَقَرَةِ: 286]، وَقَوْلِهِ تَعَالَى: ﴿فَاتَّقُوا اللَّهَ مَا اسْتَطَعْتُمْ﴾ [التَّغَابُنِ: 16].
وَمِنْ سَمَاحَةِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: أَنَّهُ لَمْ يُعَنِّفِ الرَّجُلَ أَوْ يُغْلِظِ الْقَوْلَ عَلَيْهِ، وَسَبَبُ ذَلِكَ مَا رَأَى فِيهِ مِنَ اسْتِعْظَامِ الذَّنْبِ، حَتَّى قَالَ: هَلَكْتُ. وَسَعَى صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِتَخْلِيصِ ذِمَّتِهِ وَإِبْرَائِهَا بِمَا أَعْطَاهُ مِنَ التَّمْرِ، ثُمَّ مَلَّكَهُ إِيَّاهُ لِيُطْعِمَهُ أَوْلَادَهُ لَمَّا أَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّهُ أَفْقَرُ بَيْتٍ فِي الْمَدِينَةِ.
نَسْأَلُ اللَّهَ تَعَالَى أَنْ يُعَلِّمَنَا مَا يَنْفَعُنَا، وَأَنْ يَرْزُقَنَا الْعَمَلَ بِمَا عَلَّمَنَا.

السلام عليكم منزل سلكين من الطبق من عدسة نوفا مخرجين رسيفر شغال كويس عادى تمام ورسيفر اخر بيقطع غيرت مكان الرسيفرين العكس نفس المشكلة التقطيع يتلاشى تمام لو مشغل الرسيفرين معا كلا على مخرجه وسلكه ويقطع كتير لو طفيت رسيفر منهم يعنى فيه رسيفر بيشتغل علطول لوحده أو مع التانى وفيه رسيفر تانى لازم التانى شغال معاه عشان ميقطعش عشان لو شغال لوحدة بيقطع أرجو الحل ؟ العدسة نوفا مخرجين السودة والديزك سيناتور ضد المطر اللى على الرسيفر اللى بيقطع والتانى ديزك ترومن عادى ظ¤ مخرج لا يقطع نهائى ممكن حل ؟ ملحوظة مش شرط الرسيفر شغال على نفس القمر اهم حاجه شغال على أى قمر عشان ميقطعش أرجو حل ياجماعة ده عيب ايه ؟ التقطيع يتلاشى مش شرط من التردد ده ده كل الترددات بتشتغل كويس لو الرسيفرين شغالين سوا غير كده كذا تردد بيكسروا جامد لو رسيفر شغال لوحده
